Details : Comcast said I needed to talk with Samsung. Samsung says Comcast sets the code even though it for a Samsung device and Samsung issues a remote of their own with it. That Samsung remote works and must be by knowing the code. Samsung customer service seemed to agree with my point and asked for the model and serial. Seems this is a 2013 product. They said they would get back to me. I''''m told the key phrase is "|working universal remote control code"|. Help. Thanks Dave
