Samsung has nothing to do with Comcast's remote control of Samsung's devices.  In fact, if Comcast says Samsung knows the code, this Home Theater simply can't be used with Comcast.  (I think that's what they said.  Next, back to Comcast.)

Hi David,

I am sorry to hear you are still having this issue. Unfortunately this issue does not appear to be with the home theater system. Samsung cannot guarantee compatibility with 3rd party remotes. The remote provided with the home theater system will be able to control functions for you.

Hi David,

Unfortunately I do not have any codes used by Samsung remotes to provide. Each manufacturer has their own set of distinct IR protocols used to communicate with devices.
