Thanks for your reply. Fact is, I'm getting tired of myself on this issue.
I got a cool reception from support last night when I asked why the F4500 manual regarding Setting Up DLNA did not make sense when used to go to the website. At first I thought I must have a bad name with Samsung, but I realized that was very egotistical on my part. The F4500 has no reviews, a erroneous manual, and no support from Comcast. I'm afraid it's a poor cousin in the eyes of Samsung. Too bad because I think if I get it fully installed, it will be a great product. And a really good price point.
