Mr. Coffee - Automatic Burr Mill Grinder
This was a Christmas, 2012 present. When I washed the grinder for the first time, it got water under the bean hopper in an area that seemed to be sealed. I couldn't get to the water droplets that can be seen in the area around the black center ball from the top around to the right about 45 degrees.
I posted this picture online and sent a reference to it in a customer reply email on the Mr. Coffee web site. The Saturday after Christmas I received an email from Brandy at Jarden Consumer Solutions. She advised me that I needed to call the customer service representative at a toll free number to discuss this matter. I called the number on January 2nd and talked with Mike. He was unable to look at the Internet picture because of the company's network security, but he stopped me short and said that if there was water where it shouldn't be, he would immediately send a complete replacement unit. Would that be OK with me? (Dah?) Done deal. Over and out. Happy customer. First class customer service with enabled authorized representatives obviously trained to make me happy. Thanks!! |
