I'm a shareholder. Can I please get an answer?
I did not receive a response to my final question, and after more than a month of checking on the web site, this is what I sent to Comcast...

Please forward this to Mr. Tom Karinshak. I have only been able to correspond with "ShaRonda, Office of Tom Karinshak", see http://www.darbyglen.com/july-23-comcast-mr-karinshak.html which also contains all of my contact information. ShaRonda said, " I will use the resources available to me to provide you with a prompt resolution. I can definitely help you with remote control concerns." She did not respond to my final question on July 23.
Without further discussion, I was left with the final direction that ShaRonda and Comcast gave me. Specifically, I would be able to use the IR code for my Samsung device when it was posted on the web site under the device "Audio" and the Manufacturer "Samsung". I should just keep looking there. The following shows the daily results for the last 44 days. Nothing for "Most likely code" or for "Others to try".
Obviously I'm a joke with ShaRonda and Mr Karinshak's staff, and perhaps even Mr. Karinshak himself. Sending me on an endless journey that I now realize indicates you don't support any Samsung "Audio" equipment. (I don't believe that.) There is something very wrong with this treatment.
So today I purchased 500 shares of CMCSA at $42.557. ( I had originally thought I would just buy 100 shares so that I could be a shareholder and perhaps contact Investor Relations, but the investment seemed to be sound for the long term.)
I'm now 69 years old and have lost patience. WILL COMCAST SUPPORT MY SAMSUNG DEVICE WITH THEIR REMOTE OR NOT?
Your quick response with any information will be appreciated.
