Wait a minute, that it will work on a surround sound

While I am talking to you about this, since you are using a surround sound system, make sure you go in to the Menu on the Comcast remote and select Setup. You want to confirm that the audio settings on the cable box is set to surround sound. There are several different ways to wire this up.. but as stated earlier.. unfortunately there is not a code that will work with the Comcast remote to control the volume on the surround sound system.
I wish there was more I could offer to you.

So, Mr. St. John, it is not surround sound that is the matter. The Comcast remote had no problem specifically with surround sound. This even lists the codes where I was told to look - AUDIO.

One of them in fact was ShaRonda who signed her email "Office of Tom Karinshak". She is the one that sent me on a 6 week fool's mission of watching the web site for something to appear.
Now the question is, even thought you are "Executive Customer Relations", do you have the ability ask Mr. Karinshak to give me a call or to write a note or - I don't know what! If you can't, please help me with my options. I'm a shareholder. I know Internet methods. What would you do? You even suggest you have the very unit I'm trying to connect, and it took you a while to put two and two together. Help! I don't want to be done. How can I be after all I've been led through?
