Wrapup

This case study offered me an opportunity to consider several questions.  

The question about the bathroom itself is probably the most important.  It turned out great and the team, including Home Depot for sure, did a great job.

The second matter would be how should I congratulate a person like Stephanie for her work.  Sending a letter to a large company like Home Depot can be a problem.  They are set up to respond to standard survey questions and the like.  Taking the time to do a personal letter can get frustrating.

Third, if one wants to question company policies and employee relations, you better be careful.  To say you can get frustrated would be an understatement.  

My final analysis:


Now that time has passed and I can look back on the matter :


Stephanie is still designing for Home Depot and happy with her job.


Stock is up 60%.


I had little to do with either.  End of story.
